Infrared heater for hospitals and residential premises – energy efficiency and human health

Our developers offer the latest infrared heaters on glass with a thin-film heating layer and a working surface covered with a thin-film layer of transparent or golden titanium oxide with UV illumination.

When heated, the titanium oxide glass working surface (temperature from 60°C to 140°C) emits thermal radiation with a "solar" wavelength to heat the room.

The use of a titanium oxide coating on the surface allows for the destruction of microorganisms that come into contact with its surface, while the conversion of air along the heated surface of the heater constantly brings germs and bacteria present in the room into the zone of influence.

The heat output of these 0.8 m² heaters can be adjusted from 400 W to 2.0 kW, which at the maximum value is enough to heat a room of 20-24 m².

Our technology solves two problems – energy-efficient heating of rooms with soft infrared heat radiation, and it also allows you to destroy germs and bacteria, which is especially important for hospitals, hospitals and children's rooms.

As you know, glass infrared radiant panels have already found wide application and are produced in Belgium, Germany, England and other countries. We use the latest technology for manufacturing both heating and germ and bacteria-cleaning glass surface coatings, which uses high-performance vacuum production lines with magnetron sputtering.

This ensures a significantly lower cost of the product, up to 3 times, and increases the time. The ability to obtain a painted surface without losing the properties of the heater increases its design appeal.

According to experts, the novelty lies in the use of a new material and industrial technology for creating the heating layer, contacts and design, as well as the use of a layer of titanium oxide on the glass surface to clean the room from germs and bacteria.

The developed design of the heater and the established production process technology are the basis for organizing a highly efficient production process and mass production of glass heaters. Taking into account significant advantages, including low energy consumption and additional air purification, these heaters are highly competitive in the market of heaters, and they are 2-3 times cheaper than existing analogues.

The social feasibility is multidirectional: cheaper and more reliable products, high energy efficiency (3-4 times energy savings), soft thermal infrared ("solar") radiation, and air purification from germs and bacteria.

Market feasibility: the product is cheaper and more environmentally friendly than competing electric heaters.

The technology and working model of infrared heaters are protected by patents for inventions and utility models in Ukraine.
