Gasifier for power generation
The gasifier is a complex for biomass gasification and energy production.
The installation consists of a reactor made of composite heat-resistant materials, a synthesis gas purification system, an internal combustion engine, a 10 kW generator and a control unit.
The unit is equipped with parameters monitoring equipment for operational control and remote control.
The gasifier is a non-waste production; wood chips are used as a raw material for the production of synthesis gas. The residue resulting from gasification consists of carbon and mineral residue.
When loading 2.5-3 kg of chips, we get 1 m3 of synthesis gas, which is equivalent to 6200-6500 kJ of thermal energy, the mass fraction of ash does not exceed 15% of the mass of chips.
